2.1 How to Book

Bookings may be made by telephone, through our website booking form, or via our mobile app. Instant bookings and pre-bookings (advance bookings) are both accepted, subject to vehicle availability.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us, whether verbally, by SMS, by email, or through the app. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including where a vehicle of the requested type is not available.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking, including pick-up address, drop-off address, contact number, flight details, and passenger numbers, is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or additional charges arising from incorrect information provided by you.

3.1 Fixed & Metered Fares

Fares may be quoted as a fixed price at the time of booking or calculated by meter, depending on the type of journey. Where a fixed fare is quoted, this will not change unless the journey details (pick-up point, destination, route, or waiting time) differ materially from those provided at booking.

3.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for, without limitation:

• Waiting time beyond any complimentary period agreed at booking;
• Additional stops or changes to the agreed route requested during the journey;
• Excess luggage or non-standard items requiring special handling;
• Journeys made outside the original booked itinerary;
• Card payment or booking platform fees, where applicable.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit/credit card, and approved account or corporate billing arrangements, as advertised or agreed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the end of the journey unless an account arrangement is in place.

4.1 Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to a reasonable period before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made shortly before pick-up, or after a vehicle has already been dispatched, may incur a cancellation charge to cover the driver's time and mileage.

4.2 No-Shows

If a driver attends the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time and the passenger is not present or reachable within a reasonable waiting period, this will be treated as a "no-show" and the full fare, or a no-show charge, may be applied.

4.3 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time, including for reasons of vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, adverse weather, or safety concerns. Where we cancel a confirmed booking, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible and to arrange an alternative vehicle where practicable.

For airport pick-ups, we monitor publicly available flight tracking information where flight details have been provided at the time of booking. While we aim to adjust pick-up times to reflect delays or early arrivals, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party flight data and accept no liability for delays arising from inaccurate or unavailable flight information.

A complimentary waiting period applies to airport pick-ups after the flight's actual landing time, after which standard waiting charges may apply.

Passengers are expected to behave in a reasonable and lawful manner while travelling with us. We reserve the right to refuse to carry, or to terminate a journey with, any passenger who:

• Behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner towards the driver or other passengers;
• Is, in the reasonable opinion of the driver, under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that poses a safety risk;
• Smokes, vapes, or attempts to consume food or drink in a manner that risks damaging the vehicle, without the driver's consent;
• Causes deliberate damage to the vehicle.

Where a journey is terminated early for the above reasons, no refund will be provided and you may be liable for the cost of any damage caused, plus a reasonable valeting charge where applicable.

We take reasonable care of luggage carried in our vehicles but do not accept liability for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, valuables, or luggage, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence. Any items left in a vehicle should be reported to us as soon as possible; we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property, but cannot guarantee recovery, and may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of returning items.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request, subject to availability. Please advise us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so that we can allocate an appropriate vehicle.

We maintain appropriate motor insurance and operator licensing in accordance with legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings, missed connections, or missed events, arising from delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, adverse weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdown.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints promptly and to resolve them fairly.

Any personal data you provide to us in connection with a booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at our website, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply. The date at the top of this document shows when it was last updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
